| Popis: | The paper is devoted to comprehension of the essence and legal nature of public measures based on the idea of self-organization through the wireless communication technologies, their types and principles of implementation. The authors come to the conclusion about the connection of Computer technologies with the institutes of direct democracy. They revealed a number of problems in the legal regulation of the public measures mentioned above, as well as suggested some ways to solve them. |
