| Popis: | Accident insurance is specific, because one can claim it if some of insurance cases are accomplished in advance on the most important insurance type-man’s personality, i.e. body. The author analyses the most important characteristics of this type of insurance, its common characteristics with other insurance types, as well as differences which are specific. At the same time, insurance law is pointed out, as well as the contents of insurance contract, conditions of insurance agent, and misunderstanding of basic terms in everyday use. Misunderstanding of accident insurance, its false interpretation and application happen even in the high court. There is an example of a case before the court, when the in case of disability, the insurance company was to pay for immaterial damage, which can be claimed only for material damage in this case. |
