Popis:	The issues of rational subsurface use, technological and economic reasons for non-fulfillment of project documentation decisions and their consequences at hydrocarbon deposits are considered. The change in oil recovery coefficients in the country over a seven-year period by reserve categories is given. Proposals are made to reduce the risks from inefficient development of subsurface resources in modern conditions.
