INDUSTRY AND TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE AZOVA-BLACK SEA TERRITORY 1934-1935

Popis: | In article questions of development of the industry and transport infrastructure in the territory of the Azovo-Chernomorsky region during the period from 1934 to 1935 are considered. The real work is continuation of a research of prerequisites of formation of Krasnodar Krai, by division of Azovo-Chernomorsky edge into the Rostov region and Krasnodar Krai. On the basis of historical approach and the system analysis key indicators of development of industrial production and transport infrastructure have been revealed, growth of industrial capacities by all types of productions, Azovo-Chernomorsky edge is noted. The emphasis in article is placed on formation of the large industrial region in the south of the country, with the developed means of transport providing not only communication in the region, but also allowing a message exchange of goods with the central and east regions of the country. Development of the industry in the Azovo-Chernomorsky region has begun with reorganization of the electrical power complex which has allowed to increase further capacities of other industrial productions – consumers of the electric power. Reconstruction has affected more than 80% of the industrial enterprises. In the Azovo-Chernomorsky region ferrous metallurgy and mechanical engineering industry developed; coal, oil, oil-processing, chemical industry; geological exploration on identification of new mineral deposits was conducted. Food and flavoring, tanning, light industry developed and reorganized. The transport complex of Azovo-Chernomorsky edge is presented by railway, river, motor, pipeline transport. For the analyzed period the greatest loading on gruzo-and to passenger transportations was born by railway transport to which share more than 65% of transportations fell, sea and river ports transported a quarter of freights, the motor transport which has been limited not only to number of units of motor transport, but also quality, density, extent of highways was the least developed. |
