| Popis: | The paper describes a clinical case of pneumocystis pneumonia in the presence of generalized tuberculosis in a female patient with HIV infection. The lack of prevention of pneumocystosis and its late diagnosis and treatment resulted in a fatal outcome. The problem of early clinical diagnosis in the concurrent course of secondary involvements is discussed. |
