Popis: Carbonate saline-alkali water has significant potential in the development of saline-alkali fisheries, but the effects of bicarbonate stress on crustaceans have not been fully studied. In this study, we investigated the changes in osmotic regulation, immune, and antioxidant capacity of the Scylla paramamosain at 1, 7, and 28 d at different carbonate concentrations (CK: 220 mg/L; AB1: 300 mg/L; AB2: 380 mg/L; AB3: 700 mg/L), and conducted transcriptome analysis.
