Objective: This study was aimed to determine the level of knowledge of reproductive rights and related factors among youths of Bule Hora town, 2021. Methods: A Community-based cross-sectional study was carried out among youths of Bule Hora Town from February 1 to 30, 2021. A systematic random sampling method was used to select 407 youths. A pretested face-to-face interview of a structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. The data entry was performed by using EPI-DATA Version 3.1 and transferred to SPSS version 23 for analysis.
