| Popis: | In this article, we characterize joint completely alternating nets in terms of joint completely monotonic nets. We also discuss completely alternating sequences induced by a class of rational functions. Using the elementary techniques, we obtain a set of conditions sufficient to determine completely alternating sequences interpolated by a class of rational functions. As an application, we obtain a complete characterization of several classes of joint completely monotonic nets induced by rational functions in two variables. Comment: 9 pages |
