Popis:	In this paper, we establish the quantitative mean ergodic theorems for two subclasses of power bounded operators on a fixed noncommutative $L_p$-space with $1Comment: 33 pages. Based the feedbacks from colleagues, we incorporate the referee's comments and improve substantially the presentation of the paper. In particular, we delete some arguments that might be known to experts and add Remark 7.5 for another approach to show the isometric extension of positive isometry in the case $1
