Popis:	Basing on the Bohr collective quadrupole Hamiltonian the $A$-dependence of the Grodzins product is derived and the proportionality coefficient for the Grodzins relation is evaluated. The result obtained is in a correspondence with the experimental data. Comment: 7 pages
