Popis:	Every quasi completely regular semiring is a b-lattice of completely Archimedean semirings, i.e., a b-lattice of nil-extensions of completely simple semirings. In this paper we consider the semiring which is a b-lattice of nil-extensions of orthodox completely simple semirings.
