Popis:	Solitary waves of nonlinear Dirac, Maxwell-Dirac and Klein-Gordon-Dirac equations are considered. We prove that the energy-momentum relation for solitary waves coincides with the Einstein energy-momentum relation for point particles. Comment: 27 pages
