| Popis: | The mangrove forest in the coastal area of Bombana district has decreased, one of the causes is the conversion of land from mangrove to pond. The purposes of this research are; (1) to find out the conversion area of mangrove forest to a pond in the coastal areas of Bombana Regency from 1980, 2000 and 2018; (2) to analyse the conversion land of mangrove to ponds in coastal area of Bombana distrit from 1980, 2000, and 2018. Type of this research is a descriptive-qualitative, data is collected using interview, and interpertation of satellite imagery by using the 3 MSS Landsat imagery, 5 TM Landsat imagery and 8 OIL Landsat imagery. Data is analized by using classification of Object Based Image Analyst (OBIA) to get the values of change of mangrove area into a pond in the land of Bombana regency. The results of this study are; (1) Bombana Regency in 1980 had a mangrove area of 18,471.19 ha, in 2000 it had a mangrove area of 14,674.2 ha and in 2018 it had a mangrove area of 12,820.08 ha; (2) Changes in the extent of mangrove forests in the coastal area of part of the mainland of Bombana Regency in 1980-2000 (in 20 years) covering an area of 3,796.99 ha, in 2000-2018 (in 18 years) covering an area of 1,854.12 ha while in the years 1980-2018 (in 38 years) changes in the area of mangrove forests covering 5,651.11 ha.Keyword : Mangrove , Obia Classification, Landsat Image. |
