| Popis: | This study aims to spatially analyze of the distribution and availability of junior high school education facilities in Bombana Regency. The data used in this study consisted of school location data, number of students, standard facilities and infrastructure, Rupa Bumi Indonesia map, Bombana Regency administration map, Bombana Regency in figures, school age population data, and the previous relevant research. Furthermore, the data analysis uses the analysis of facilities availability, analysis of needs fulfillment and school occupancy, as well as spatial analysis. Based on the research results obtained that educational facilities that have good facilities and infrastructure are spread in four districts. Whereas sub-districts that have sufficient facilities and infrastructure are available in 11 sub-districts and less available in 7 sub-districts. Then for the level of the needs fulfillment, most are included in the good category, while those in the less category are only distributed in 2 districts. Furthermore, for the level of occupancy of educational facilities, the majority of districts have a lack of occupancy. The lack of education facilities is likely due to the status is private schools, while the public interest for schools in private schools is very small when compared to public schools.
