This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership behavior on employee performance at the Konawe Regency Bawaslu Office and analyze the effect of employee competence on employee performance at the Konawe Regency Bawaslu Office. The data used in this study are primary data obtained using a questionnaire. Determination of the sample using the census method, all employees of the Konawe Regency Bawaslu Office were used as research samples, totaling 48 people. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that: (1) leadership behavior had a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Konawe Regency Bawaslu Office and (2) Competence, employees had a positive significant effect on employee performance at the Konawe Regency Bawaslu Office.
