This study aims to determine the description of the cause and impact of early marriage in adolescentsin the village Motaha Kecamatan Anggata Konawe Selatan district in 2014. Type of research used isdescriptive research with qualitative approach. The population in this study were all women whomarried at an early age. The research sample of 7 people, which consists of 5 main respondents (keyinformants) that adolescents who marry early age and 2 additional respondents (additionalinformants), which is a health care worker (midwife) and a community leader in the village Motaha.The results of the study that the picture is more dominant influence of early marriage in the village Motaha is pregnant outside of marriage, as already pregnant advance (when dating) and not only that, there are other factors that cause they decided to get married at a young age as a factor urgeparents / families, as well as the level of education is so low because of the economy which is toomediocre. Willpower alone is not the cause of early marriage in the village as a whole Motahainformants married early not because of their own will but by compulsion that later after his marriagehe wishes for himself married to her boyfriend. Still the notion of parents in the village Motaha thatgirls do not need a high educated girls because ultimately they will only take care of her husband andchildren. The conclusion of this study is the impact of the wedding in the village Motaha young age isa factor of economic, social and psychological. |
