Popis: | Changing population of age structure strongly contributes to improvementof opportunities and plays the most important role in safety andgovernance challenges. These changes, which are influenced by numeroussocial-economic, health, and environmental issues, have imperativeconsequences for development. This study is an attempt to show the keymovements and variances in shifting age structures, and subsequentimplications for development. The age structure of population hasconsequences for policy programs and resource distribution globally. Thestudy recommends that through investment in human capital, ensuringaccess to healthcare and education for all at all ages, and opportunities forproductive employment, the full benefits of demographic dividend can beachieved. |
