| Popis: | Superior semicircular canaldehiscence is rare syndrome combined of both auditory and vestibular symptoms. Superiorsemicircular canal dehiscence may co-exist with other diseases as chronicotitis media, which may complicate the symptoms. In this case a 58 year oldfemale patient who applied to our clinic with severe vertigo, nausea andvomiting for 15 days, diagnosed with chronic otitis media and concomitant superiorsemicircular canal dehiscence on the same side will be discussed in terms ofsymptomatology and differential diagnosis. |
