Birleştirilmiş Sınıf Sorunlarının Tespit Edilmesine Yönelik Bir Çalışma: Giresun İli Örneği

| Popis: | Birleştirilmiş sınıf uygulamaları dünyada birçok farklı bölgede uygulanmakta ülkemiz içinde bu uygulamalar devam etmektedir. Birleştirilmiş sınıflar tek bir öğretmen tarafından farklı grupların bir arada okutulması esasına dayanmaktadır. Hal böyle olunca bu sınıflardaki eğitim faaliyetleri farklı yapılarda ve farklı düzeylerde devam etmektedir. Bu çerçevede eğitim faaliyetlerinin istenilen düzeyde, istenilen nitelikte ve verimli bir biçimde yapılması önem arz eden bir konu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Yukarıda verilen öneminden ötürü bu çalışmada birleştirilmiş sınıflarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenleri gözüyle uygulamalarda yaşanan sorunların tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tespit edilen problemlerin önem derecelerinin belirlenmesi için Giresun’da görev yapan sınıf öğretmenleri üzerine uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Karmaşık bir problem olarak düşünülen bu eksikliklerin giderilmesinde Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemlerinden (ÇKKV) DEMATEL’den yararlanılmıştır. DEMATEL yönteminden elde edilen analiz sonuçlarına göre en önemli faktörler “Öğretmenin Fazla İş Yükü” ve Sınıf Yönetmenin Zorluğu” olmuştur. En az öneme sahip olan birleştirilmiş sınıf problemleri ise “Tecrübesiz Öğretmenlerin Görev Yapması” ve “İhtiyaç Duyulan Kaynak Yetersizliği “olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Multigrade classrooms practices are applied in many different regions around the world, and these practices continue in our country. Combined classes are based on the principle of teaching different groups together by a single teacher. As such, educational activities in these classes continue in different structures and at different levels. In this framework, it is an important issue to carry out educational activities at the desired level, in the desired quality and in an efficient manner. Due to the importance given above, this study aimed to identify the problems experienced in practice through the eyes of classroom teachers working in joined classrooms. In order to determine the importance of the detected problems, an application was carried out on classroom teachers working in Giresun. DEMATEL, the Multi Criteria Decision Making Methods (MCDV), was used to overcome these deficiencies, which are considered to be a complex problem. According to the analysis results obtained from the DEMATEL method, the most important factors were "Excessive Workload of Teachers" and Difficulty of Managing Classes. The least important unified classroom problems were found to be "Inexperienced Teachers Serving" and "Lack of Resources Needed". |
