Basic Concepts of Heraclitus’ Philosophy

| Popis: | Throughout history, people have engaged in different investigations and pursuits about the world and themselves. In the beginning of the history of philosophy, philosophers thought about nature differently from mythical discourses and polytheistic beliefs, and put forth theories about nature. Heraclitus, one of the pre-Socratic philosophers, also speaks of fire as the first principle of nature. According to him, there is a constant change in the universe. Formation and change have an important place in the teaching of herakleitos. According to Heraclitus, the universe is in constant, universal change and transformation. He states that everything changes every moment and is in a state of being. In this article, it will be examined the basic concepts that Herakleitos dealt with such as fire, change, motion, contrast and logos. Tarih boyunca insanlar dünya ve kendileriyle ilgili farklı sorgulamalar ve arayışlar içine girmişlerdir. Başlangıçta felsefe tarihinde de filozoflar mitsel söylemlerden ve çok tanrılı inançlardan farklı olarak doğa üzerine düşünmüşler ve doğayla ilgili kuramlar ortaya koymuşlardır. Pre-Sokratik filozoflardan olan Herakleitos da doğanın ilk ilkesi olarak ateşten söz eder. Ona göre evrende sürekli bir değişim vardır. Herakleitos’un öğretisinde oluş ve değişim önemli bir yere sahiptir. Herakleitos’a göre evren, sürekli, evrensel bir değişim ve dönüşüm içindedir. O, her şeyin her an değiştiği ve bir oluş içerisinde olduğunu belirtir. Bu makalede Herakleitos’un ele aldığı ateş, değişim, devinim, karşıtlık, logos gibi temel kavramlar ele alınarak incelenecektir. |
