| Popis: | 7 cases have been treated with trochanteric arthroplasty, in which femoral neads and necks were lost due to the septic arthritic sequela of the hip. These seven cases have been followed for 2,7 years with 1,5 being the youngest 4 the oldest made on the fact that in those cases in which heads and necks are lost in combination, the best solution can be obtained by trochanteric arthroplasty. Kalça septik artrit sekeline bağlı olarak femur baş ve boynunun kaybı oluşmuş ortalama yaşı 2,8 olan 7 olguda trokanterik artroplasti uygulandı. Ortalama 2,7 yıl takip edilen bu 7 olgudan alınan sonuçlar sunuldu. Baş ve boyun kaybı ile birlikte olan küçük yaşlardaki olgularda en iyi çözümün, trokanterik artroplasti olduğu literatür bilgileri ile birlikte vurgulanmaya çalışıldı. |
