Popis: Background: Judo is an Olympic sport where physicalfitness is of great importance as well as technique and tactics. Physical andphysiological conditions of the athletes are very important for a better judoperformance and there is still a need for more data related to thesedeterminants. The aim of this study was to investigate relationship betweenbody composition, some performance variables and Special Judo Fitness level ofTurkish cadet judo athletes. Materials and Methods: 10 female and 10 male cadetjudo athletes ( Aged 14.8±0.2) voluntarily participated in this study. Bodycompositions of the athletes were determined with bioelectrical impedance device(Tanita MC-980). Squat and active jumps were carried out by using Optojump anda treadmill (Monark) was used for Wingate anaerobic power test.
