| Popis: | Financial leasing has been widely used in the West for over a hundred years and in Turkey for the last thirty years. According to the finance literature, traditional financing techniques are financing with equity and debt. Financial leasing is one of the modern financial instruments that has emerged in addition to traditional financing methods. Modern financial instruments both offer innovations in terms of finance technique and require updates in accounting processes. In general, it has been found that the calculation logic of the financial leasing transaction is similar in terms of the three basic regulations, but there are definition differences in terms of accounting account items. In conclusion, according to the information obtained through this study, financial leasing is an important financing technique for modern economies and entrepreneurs in Turkey should be more informed about the application of the method. Finansal kiralama Batı’da yüz yılı aşkın bir süredir Türkiye’de ise son otuz yıldır yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Finans literatürüne göre geleneksel finansman teknikleri öz sermayeyle ve borçlanmayla finansmandır. Finansal kiralama ise geleneksel finansman yöntemlerine ek olarak ortaya çıkan modern finansal araçlardan biridir. Modern finansal araçlar hem finans tekniği açısından yenilikler sunmakta hem de muhasebeleştirme süreçlerinde güncellemeleri gerektirmektedir. Genel olarak değerlendirilirse çalışmada temel üç düzenleme açısından finansal kiralama işleminin hesaplama mantığının benzer olduğu fakat muhasebe hesap kalemleri açısından tanımlama farklılıkları olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, bu çalışmayla ulaşılan bilgilere göre finansal kiralama işlemi modern ekonomiler için önemli bir finansman tekniğidir ve Türkiye’de girişimciler yöntemin uygulanması konusunda daha fazla bilgilendirilmelidirler. |
