Popis: | The professional standards of library and information science organizations emphasize the importance of diversity education in the preparation of new information professionals. Short-term global experiences can enhance diversity education in library science programs. The evolution of one program is described, as it moved from observation-based trips, through service learning, with students as experts, to its current interactive learning model.
