Kadına Yönelik Şiddetin Dünü, Bugünü, Yarını: Kestirim Tabanlı Bir Araştırma

Popis: Bazı istatistiklerTürkiye’de kadına yönelik cinayetlerin son yıllarda on dört kat artığınıgöstermektedir. Bu da toplumda en yüksek artış oranına sahip toplumsal sorununkadın cinayetleri olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Kadın cinayetlerinin son onyıllık dönemde yüzde 1400 arttığı, 2014 yılında toplam 314 kadın cinayetininişlendiği, 136 kadın ve yakınının dayaralandığı, 2015 yılında ise ilk 10 ayda toplam 345 kadın cinayetinin dahayaşandığı, bir kısmı ağır olmak üzere 73 kadının da yaralandığıbelirtilmektedir. Bütün bu sonuçlar, özellikle son yıllardaülkemizde yaralanmalara ve ölümlere yol açan kadına yönelik şiddette artışolduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu noktadan yola çıkılarak bu çalışmada, BursaAile ve Sosyal Politikalar İl Müdürlüğü ve Bursa İl Jandarma Komutanlığındanelde edilen Bursa iline ve Türkiye geneline ait Kadına Yönelik Şiddete dair son10 yıllık geçmiş resmi istatistiki verilerden yararlanılarak kadın cinayetlerive kadına yönelik şiddet sayıları kestirilmiş, Yapay Sinir Ağları modeli ile2016 yılı sonuna kadar Bursa ilinde 6355 kadına yönelik şiddet vakasınıngerçekleşeceği öngörülmüştür.
Some statistics indicate that femicide in Turkeyhas increased by fourteen times in recent years. This reveals that the femicideis a social problem that has the highest rate of increase in Turkey. The murderof women has increased 1400 percent in the last decade, in 2014; the processingof a total of 314 murders of women and their relatives injured is 136respectively. In the first 10 months of 2015, 345 women were murdered. Besides,73 women were injured and some of them seriously wounded. These indicatorsreveal that the rate of violence against women in Turkey has dramatically risenin recent years. Starting from this point, in this study, Bursa and Turkeyofficial statistical data of last 10-years history of violence against women areobtained from the Bursa Family and Social Policies Provincial Directorate andBursa Provincial Gendarmerie Command, and have estimated the number of violenceagainst women. By using these data, thisstudy has tried to estimate the number of violence against woman in the future.By using Artificial Neural Networks modelling, the study forecasts that untilthe end of 2016, 6355 incidences will occur in Turkey.
