Popis: | Antiurease andanti-elastase activities of the oxazolidinone derived eperezolid-like compoundswhich were synthesized for the first time were examined. The highest and lowestantiurease activity were observed in the compounds 8 (IC50 = 1.91x10-3 ±2.97x10-4 μM) and 10 (IC50 = 6,03x10-3±1,98x10-4 μM), respectively. The highest and lowest anti-elastaseactivities were observed in compounds 8 (IC50 = 2,2x10-2 ± 2,6x10-3μM) and 1 (IC50= 4,1x10-2 ±1,3x10-3 μM),respectively. İlk defa sentezlenmiş olan oksazolidinon türevieperezolid benzeri bileşiklerin antiüreaz ve anti-elastaz aktiviteleri incelendi.En yüksek ve en düşük antiüreaz aktivite sırasıyla 8 (IC50 = 1.91x10-3 ± 2.97x10-4 μM) ve 10 bileşiklerinde (IC50= 6,03x10-3±1,98x10-4 μM) gözlendi. En yüksek veen düşük anti-elastaz aktivite ise sırasıyla 8 (IC50 = 2,2x10-2 ± 2,6x10-3μM) ve 1 bileşiklerinde (IC50 = 4,1x10-2 ±1,3x10-3μM) gözlendi. |
