Popis:	Transabdominal ultrasonography (US) of a 55-year-old female demonstrated duplication of the gallbladder. This rare congenital anomaly of the biliary system is confirmed by oral cholecystography and computerized tomography (CT). The differential considerations of gallbladder duplitacion and the clinical significance are discussed.
