Popis: | Bu çalışmada antineoplastik ajan olan bleomisinin bir komplikasyonu olarak şekillenen akciğer fibrosisinin, lipid peroksidasyon markeri malondialdehit (MDA), antioksidan maddeler redükte glutatyon (GSH) ve serüloplazmin ile antioksidan vitaminler β-karoten ve retinol seviyeleri üzerine etkileri araştırıldı. Çalışmada 15 Wistar- Albino ırkı erkek rat kullanıldı. Akciğer fibrosisini oluşturmak için bleomisin hidroklorid 7.5 mg/kg oranında tek doz intratrakeal olarak kullanıldı. Yapılan analizlerde, kontrol değerlere göre MDA seviyelerindeki artışlar istatistiksel olarak anlamsız bulunurken (p>0.05), β-karoten p The levels of MDA, antioxidant substances and antioxidant vitamins were studied on the experimental pulmonary fibrosis induced by a complication of bleomycine, an antineoplastic agent, in rats. In the study 15 male Wistar-Albino rats were used. The same animals values prior to the experimental treatment were considered as the control. To establish the experimental fibrosis, bleomycine hydrochloride was used intratraceally at a single dose of 7.5 mg / kg. After the fibrosis was performed, lipid peroxidation, antioxidant substances and vitamin analyses were carried out in the blood and serum.
