Popis:	Using mcroarrays westerns + immunostaining and animal studies in this paper we demonstrate that antiproliferative effects of 2 methoxyestradiol on SMC growth may be mediated via abrogation of RhoA/ROCK1. The in vitro actions in SMCs were aslo demonstarted in rats follwoing injury induced neo intima formation.
