| Popis: | In modern business conditions, the use of digital and information technologies in enterprise management is an objective necessity. The article discusses the principles of digitization of the management system. The introduction of advanced digital and information technologies into the enterprise management system in modern conditions of digitalization of the economy should be carried out on the basis of a system of basic and additional principles. The main result of the introduction of digital and information technologies into the management system is the creation of information management systems that allow for the automation of management decisions. The key problems of information management systems are identified: the opacity of the lower level when establishing a hierarchy; problems of decision-making on the profitability of projects of a specific type; decrease in the quality of project management due to unreliability of information about the progress of works; presenting the results of the work of various departments in a way that is inconvenient for the general analysis of the enterprise's activities. One of the important elements of the enterprise management system is the structure of the management system. It is a system-forming relationship that corresponds to the accepted concept.The main principles of building organizational structures of the management system are based on the concept of elements and connections between them (horizontal, vertical). The construction of any organizational management structure is based on single principles, the application of which makes it possible to avoid a large number of mistakes.The construction of organizational structures takes place in stages. One of the main conditions of the digitization of the enterprise management process is the application of the process approach by the enterprise, which is understood as the approach that determines the consideration of the enterprise's activity as a network of business processes inextricably linked with its main goals, tasks and mission. В статті розглянуто принципи цифровізації системи управління. Визначено ключові проблеми інформаційно-управлінських систем. Одним із важливих елементів системи управління підприємства є структура системи управління. Вона системоутворюючим відношенням, таким, що відповідає прийнятому концепту. Одною з основних умов цифровізації процесу управління підприємства є застосування підприємством процесного підходу під яким розуміють підхід, який визначає розгляд діяльності підприємства як мережі бізнес-процесів, нерозривно пов'язаних з її основними цілями, завданнями та місією. |
