Popis: | The main aim of the work was the software implementation of the algorithm for calculating of the optimal heating temperature chart of paper web in the dryer section of a paper machine. As an environment for the development of the software product has been used LabVIEW. During the software development was noted the convenience of the selected programming environment for processing of external data and working with other software. The obtained solution takes into account characteristics of the paper web and the parameters of the drying environment. Emphasis has been given to heat transfer calculations between the surface of the drying cylinder and the upper layer of the paper web. During the implementation of the algorithm have been considered limitations on the quality of the final product which are superimposed on amount of paper temperature change on the drying cylinder. Calculation of the of the paper web temperature drop at free running zone has been divided for 3 intervals according to the start temperature (temperature at the end of the preceding drying cylinder): 30…60, 60…80, 80…110 °C. The final program contains the input blocks of the initial parameters of paper dryer section, parameters of paper, parameters of enviroment, heat transfer coefficients and the unit for output results. The result is the program consist of the array of temperatures at the outlet from each drying cylinder and freewheel section, array of temperature change at each drying cylinder and freewheel section and the temperature graph. The main advantage of created program is its flexibility of settings under variety of dryer section of a paper machine and types of paper. The resulting software solution will be used as the set point for the tracking control system of warming of the paper web process.Keywords: LabVIEW; optimal temperature graph; calculation algorithm; drying section, software Запропоновано програмну реалізацію в середовищі LabVIEW розрахунку оптимального температурного графіка прогрівання паперового полотна на сушильній частині папероробної машини.
