| Popis: | The article analyzes the formation of the concept of leadership in military research. The multifaceted concept of leadership is considered. Given the specific features of the military environment and the requirements for the activities of servicemen, it is proposed to consider the concept of "military leadership" based on certain aspects. On the basis of military activity and features of the military sphere, the concept of "military leader" is proposed and the concept of "military leadership" is specified. Introduction. Formation and development of leadership in the military sphere is an urgent task and a priority area for improving the quality of professional activity of officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The problem of research of leadership in military activity needs further study and generalization in order to adapt to the current requirements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, today there are a number of deterrents to this process, most notably the lack of a single concept of "military leadership". Purpose. Taking into account the specifics of administrative and military-professional activities, in particular officers of the Assault Troops, to substantiate and clarify the concept of "military leadership", as well as to propose the concept of "military leader". Methods. The article uses general scientific methods of analysis of scientific literature on the researched problem, system analysis and synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization. Result. In our study, we see the definition of a "military leader" as a person who is able to subdue the will and behavior of others to achieve a goal by taking responsibility for decision-making in any situation associated with a high mortality rate. Originality. The analysis shows that the main emphasis of modern researchers is on the disclosure of general typological features of the officer as a leader. The problem of professionalization of the officer-leader, development of his leadership competence is ignored. Thus, the generalization, substantiation and definition of the concept of "military leader" and "military leadership" taking into account the specifics of management and military-professional activities, in particular officers of the Assault Troops, are relevant for modern military pedagogical science. Conclusion.Given the above and taking into account the peculiarities and specifics of the military environment, requirements for military activities and hierarchical management structure and based on the proposed concept of "military leader", we propose to consider "military leadership" as a key set of professionally important personality traits that determine the ability to influence personality and behavior of other servicemen to achieve a certain goal. В статье проанализировано формирование понятия лидерства в военно-научных исследованиях. Рассмотрено полиаспектность понятия лидерства. Учитывая специфические особенности военной среды и требования к деятельности военнослужащих предложено рассматривать понятие «военное лидерство» опираясь на определенные аспекты. На основе военной деятельности и особенностей военной сферы предложено понятие «военный лидер» и уточнено понятие «военное лидерство». У статті проаналізовано формування поняття лідерства у воєнно-наукових дослідженнях. Розглянуто поліаспектність поняття лідерства. Враховуючи специфічні особливості військового середовища та вимоги до діяльності військовослужбовців запропоновано розглядати поняття «військове лідерство» спираючись на визначені аспекти. На основі військової діяльності та особливостей військової сфери запропоновано поняття «військовий лідер» та уточнено поняття «військове лідерство». |
