Popis: | Introduction. Today’s socio-political situation in Ukraine is characterized by dynamism, high risks for safe life, which is caused not only by war, but also by a number of negative factors, both objective and subjective. In accordance with the provisions of the Bologna Convention, in the conditions of education and science reform, implementation of the National Doctrine of Education Development of Ukraine, the problem of professional training of specialists in higher education institutions with specific training conditions is of particular importance. Professional training in such educational institutions is covered by a specific mentality that creates an atmosphere of official responsibility, since future specialists, in addition to mastering a specialty, already from the first days of training undergo a service of loyalty to the Ukrainian people. In connection with this, the requirements for the professional qualities of the personality of a specialist of law enforcement agencies are constantly increasing, in particular, their readiness to operate in conditions of risk and danger. The purpose of the article. Determination of correlations between professionally important qualities of graduates of higher education institutions with specific conditions of study using mathematical methods of statistics. Research methods. Theoretical, empirical and statistical research methods were used at various stages of scientific research. Theoretical: analysis, synthesis, systematization and logical generalization of scientific sources on the problem of professional readiness of graduates of higher education institutions with specific study conditions. Empirical: observation and testing - to find out professionally important qualities of future specialists. Statistical: computer calculation of statistical data using the SPSS program. Research results. It was determined that the professional readiness of graduates of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions is an integrative personal property that demonstrates their value-motivational orientation, a conscious attitude to activities in conditions of risk and danger, professionally important qualities, while producing self-realization and quick adaptation to conditions services. Arithmetic mean, mode, median, and standard deviation were calculated using the SPSS computer program for calculating statistical data. Correlations between the professionally important qualities of future specialists in risky professions have been identified and substantiated. Two formulas are presented for determining the number of correlation relationships. Conclusions and prospects for further research. As a result of the processing of the empirical material, professionally important qualities were revealed that must be formed and improved in order to become a professional in situations of risk and danger. Grouping the obtained indicators, it should be noted that future specialists must be able to make decisions independently in extreme situations, persistently take the initiative, control the emotional sphere so as not to provoke others (especially the population), find a distance of both cooperation and communication, which will lead to the avoidance of conflict situations in terms of speed and risk. Theoretical and empirical research in this area will contribute to the determination of influencing factors on the professional development of specialists in risky occupations. Анотація. У статті представлено результати експериментального дослідження професійної готовності випускників закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання. За допомогою комп’ютерної програми обчислення статистичних даних SPSS обчислено показники середнього арифметичного, моди, медіани та стандартного відхилення. Виявлено та обґрунтовано кореляційні зв’язки між професійно важливими якостями майбутніх фахівців ризиконебезпечних професій. Також, представлено дві формули для визначення кількості взаємозв’язків кореляції. |
