Popis: | Introduction. In accordance with the development trends of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the effectiveness of command acquires new features due to the combination by commanders (chiefs) of management processes (management) and military leadership. Management (forces) in the army (forces) maintains the stability and control of processes, ensuring the monitoring of performance, and military leadership stimulates positive change by focusing on interaction with personnel. Military leadership expresses a tendency to personal involvement in the process, readiness and desire of the officer to implement proactive and responsible professional actions, a degree of positive self-esteem as a subject of professional activity and provides the ability to integrate and self-regulate, overcome fragmentation and ensure stability of activity, preservation of its features in case of changes, complication of conditions of activity, etc. The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the need to establish the ability of the officer to adequately recognize and comprehensively analyze the features that characterize the information and semantic field of military leadership, and identify grounds for manifestation / non-manifestation of leadership in a professional situation. The purpose. The purpose of the article is to identify the psychological features of military leadership in the professional practice of the officer. Methods. To clarify the psychological features of military leadership in the professional practice of the officer, the article uses the analysis and generalization of scientific results obtained during the study of the nature of the leadership component of professional and personal activity of the individual. Originality. Military leadership in accordance with the "Doctrine of the development of military leadership in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" can be implemented at the personal (direct), organizational and strategic levels. If the organizational and strategic components of military leadership are functional, the personal component is a stable personal characteristic of a military leader. It is the personal component of military leadership as a set of individual personality characteristics that is the most important factor that stimulates a productive personal leadership position of an officer, which can be generalized in such personality characteristics as positive attitude, internality, reflexivity, relative autonomy, self-development and self-development. One of the essential features of military leadership should also be singled out - the production of new products, which includes at least two levels. The first level includes factors that determine the general direction and scope of development processes, i.e. related to the sphere of development potentials. The second level is formed by developmental factors that serve as a means of directed development. Thus, the leadership instruction of the officer on the formation of certain personality traits required, for example, for successful professionalization or realization of personal aspirations, determines the choice of specific situations of behavior and activities, forms a mechanism for inhibiting properties contrary to this instruction. that increase the officer's sensitivity to certain external actions. In this case, military leadership is a universal personal ability of the officer to identify, disclose and objectify his essential strengths, namely: independence as the ability to plan, regulate the purposefulness of his own activities, reflection; freedom as the ability to autonomous behavior (freedom of choice, action, decision), self-regulation, intersubjective interaction; creativity as the ability to concentrate creative efforts, creativity in activity, independence in judgments, responsibility for his own actions and deeds. Conclusion. Military leadership expresses the system of values of the officer, determines the reflexive and personal way of activity in professional actions. At the same time, the semantic vertical of the officer's leadership position is a certain evidence of the development of his professional activity and involvement in professional activities. As a result of this process the personal sense of activity and of its separate aspects is established: - specifics of goals, motives, value orientations and conditions of their development, level of claims, attitude to the chosen profession, desire to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, etc .; - the level of formation of subjective qualities and personal and professional development, the degree of realization of the professional potential of the individual; - the preferred means and methods of professional activity, the level of effectiveness of professional activities, including the implementation of professional knowledge, skills, abilities and practical professional actions. This leads to further transformation, which is manifested in leadership attitudes to professional success, the specifics of the performance of official tasks, their dynamics, tension and, ultimately - the formation of a specific psychological system of military-professional activities. В статье проанализированы факторы, определяющие ведущую функциональную роль военного лидерства в профессиональной практике офицера, наиболее влияющие на общую эффективность ее функционирования через утверждение новых моделей поведения, процедур, принципов и ценностей. Акцентировано внимание на том, что военное лидерство отражает способность офицера к самостоятельному и адекватному согласованию внешних и внутренних условий деятельности для достижения оптимального способа решения профессиональных задач. У статті проаналізовано чинники, які визначають провідну функціональну роль військового лідерства у професійній практиці офіцера, найбільше впливаючи на загальну ефективність її функціонування через утвердження нових моделей поведінки, процедур, принципів і цінностей. Наголошено, що військове лідерство відображає здатність офіцера до самостійного й адекватного узгодження зовнішніх і внутрішніх умов діяльності для досягнення оптимального способу вирішення професійних завдань. |
