ПРОФЕСІЙНИЙ ІМІДЖ МАЙБУТНІХ ВИХОВАТЕЛІВ ЗАКЛАДУ ДОШКІЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ ЯК ПРОБЛЕМА ПСИХОЛОГО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ СТУДІЙ

Popis: A modern educator has been entrusted with a great responsibility, due to the sharp challenges of nowadays, rapid changes in a globalized society, and, undoubtedly, the multifaceted functions of professional activity in the conditions of a preschool educational institution (next referred to as PEE). We have noted that the main requirements for an educator, taking into account the above mentioned, are professional competence, competitiveness, readiness for changes, mobility, the ability to creatively solve non-standard pedagogical situations, and a professional image, which significantly affects the general image of the preschool educational institution, the effectiveness of its functioning, etc. The purpose of the article is to reveal the psychological and pedagogical foundations of the professional image of future educators of preschool educational establishments. The article has presented the most relevant scientific positions of psychologists and teachers regarding the problem under research. The author has determined that the image of the educator is an important professional quality, an emotionally colored stereotype of the perception of the teacher’s image in the minds of pupils, their parents, colleagues, and the social environment. External attractiveness, culture of communication, high moral behavior, manners, etiquette have been defined as the main components of the image of future educators. The author has understoond the professional image of future preschool educators as a holistic, dynamic phenomenon caused by a combination of professional qualities and personal (internal and external) traits that determine the quality of his professional activity in the conditions of preschool educational institution. We are convinced that the creation of a professional image is connected with the need to demonstrate professionalism, the most attractive external qualities of the personality of future educators of preschool educational institutions, etc. It is the professional image that acts as a powerful means of communication, has a great influence on all participants in the educational process of the preschool educational institution, and also reflects the specialist’s inner world, worldview, way of thinking, mentality, etc. According to the author’s opinion, the professional image of future preschool educators depends on the following: formed professional competence, the presence of appropriate personal, professional and business qualities, and mastery of self-presentation technology.
У статті розкривається проблема професійного іміджу майбутніх вихователів закладу дошкільної освіти. Представлено найбільш актуальні наукові позиції психологів та педагогів щодо досліджуваної проблеми. Професійний імідж майбутніх вихователів ЗДО автор розуміє як цілісний, динамічний феномен, зумовлений поєднанням професійних якостей та особистісних (внутрішніх і зовнішніх) рис, що визначають якість його професійної діяльності в умовах ЗДО. Професійний імідж майбутніх вихователів ЗДО залежить від: сформованої професійної компетентності, наявності відповідних особистісно-професійних, ділових якостей і володіння технологією самопрезентації.
