Popis: Introduction The development of speaking skills involves interpersonal contact, and the conditions of distance learning limit the teacher in the possibilities of realizing the main condition for the development of oral speaking skills - staying in the same space and establishing emotional and cognitive contact with students. The concept of live presence is very important for overcoming the speech barrier, direct control of the situation in pair and group work, the teacher's quick reaction to situations when students try to avoid their participation in the speaking process. Thus, this work will present an algorithm for working with a group, the use of which can effectively influence the development of speaking skills in distance learning conditions. Purpose The aim of the article is to introduce the algorithm, which can effectively influence the development of speaking skills in distance learning conditions and preserve the atmosphere of interpersonal contact, intensify the process of oral communication and maximize the speaking time of each student. Methods During the research, such methods as the analysis of theoretical sources, the study and generalization of the experience of organizing students' work using information technologies, and the analysis of the technical capabilities of the Moodle platform were used. Originality It is known that the growing role of electronic means of communication and tools in the process of learning a foreign language, the need to be able to work in a team and possess the skills of social interaction force us to review traditional educational models and implement electronic improvements and learning in cooperation not as a means, but as a goal in the process of distance learning. The transition from the classroom to the distance form of education primarily requires the development of new algorithms for the organization of the development of oral communicative competence in students. Conclusion Applying this five-step algorithm for teaching speaking remotely, the student maintains contact with a teacher and other students, which is a mandatory condition for learning speaking. The formation of skills and abilities necessary for the process of oral communication is possible only under the condition of performing communicative tasks and overcoming communicative challenges. This is possible only if online conditions allow to organize this process, and the main task of a teacher is to select appropriate distance learning platform. Students can master the preparatory stage on their own, and the key factors for the effectiveness of this stage are the level of self-discipline of the student, a well-thought-out algorithm for presenting studying material, and constant communication through messengers between a teacher and students. All other stages require online meetings in which the technological capabilities of the platforms allow to intensify the speaking process and increase the speaking time of each individual student.
Стаття присвячена проблемам організації занять з розвитку говоріння в умовах дистанційного навчання іноземної мови. Розроблено алгоритм організації розвитку усної комунікативної компетенції у слухачів. Проведено аналіз кожного етапу навчання говоріння з позиції поступового оволодіння навичками і формування умінь. Вказано на суттєві особливості навчання говоріння в умовах дистанційного навчання, зокрема на важливість вибору навчальної платформи, яка дозволить зберегти атмосферу міжособистісного контакту, інтенсифікувати процес усного спілкування та максимізувати час говоріння кожного окремого слухача.
