RESEARCH OF CIRCULAR RELIABLE ZONE OF SUITABLE INTERFERENCE FIT AT ANALYTICAL DESIGN

Popis: In the offered scientific work, the choice of the final form of a reliable localization zone of a finite set of suitable interference fit have been considered and justified. Based on the analytical studies, the configuration of the specified zone is established in the form of a two-parameter area of their existence for a given discrete value of the working length of the connection, namely, in the form of a semicircle of a regulated radius. The proposed method underlies a new approach to the automated design of interference fits in smooth cylindrical connections of the general machine-building and special uses for the thermal method of fiting.The form of the localization zone is considered in a two-dimensional coordinate system (specific pressure p and interference N, respectively) and is one of the necessary conditions for the acceptance one of rational design solution from a variety of alternatives obtained by automated calculation. The final form of realization of the proposed method is the algorithm developed by the authors of the description form of the zone, its of radius and the points of intersection its with the tangent line, which was studied through of an analytical apparatus of the theory-functions. The author's program for the automated calculation of interference fits was developed on the basis of the offered algorithm.The effectiveness of the offered method is confirmed by the results of the studyis confirmed by the results of the study in smooth, keyless connections (as the sleeves of hubs of a gear or worm wheel with a shaft, and a bandage crown with a wheel hub base) of mechanical transmission by gearing on a cylindrical surface during the transfer a combined action of the axial force and torque. Calculating and analytical studies, confirming the conformity of the geometric form of the mathematical model of the localization zone, implemented through the program developed by the authors.
Розглянуто і обґрунтовано вибір остаточної форми вірогідної зони локалізації кінцевої множини придатних посадок, необхідної для прийняття раціонального проектного рішення, та запропоновано алгоритм її опису за допомогою аналітичного апарату теорії -функцій у двовимірній системі координат при автоматизованому проектуванні посадок з натягом.
