ПРОФЕСІЙНЕ САМОВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ФАХІВЦЯ В УМОВАХ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ОСВІТНЬОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА

Popis: The article carries out a theoretical analysis of the concepts of “competence” and “competencies”, which form the basis of the competence approach as the conceptual basis of the professional training of the future specialist, focused on the development of a system complex of consciousness, skills, content orientations, adaptive capabilities, experience and methods of transformative activity aimed at obtaining a specific product. It is specified that competence, as a set of certain knowledge, abilities, skills, experience, values, attitudes acquired during training, is an essential feature of competence. The process of professional self-improvement of a specialist as a specific type of professional activity, as a means of improving professional competence, has been updated. Professional self-improvement is interpreted as a conscious, purposeful process of increasing the level of one’s professional competence and developing professionally significant qualities in accordance with external social requirements, conditions of professional activity and personal development program. It is theoretically substantiated that the professional self-improvement of a specialist takes place by improving professional thinking, professional activity, professional specialization, professional time management, professional innovation, professional and personal qualities, while changing the vector of the specialist’s development from mastering knowledge to meaningful personal growth in the position of an active sub object of professional activity in which his creative potential and abilities are realized. It is claimed that the successful development of a specialist’s self-improvement is based on professional self-efficacy as a system-forming function, which is expressed in the integration of activity, personal and communicative characteristics, which, in turn, ensure self-development, self-actualization, and contribute to the disclosure of the professional potential of an individual.
У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз понять “компетенції” та “компетентності”, які складають основу компетентнісного підходу як концептуальної основи професійної підготовки. Проаналізовано процес професійного самовдосконалення фахівця, який відбувається шляхом удосконалення професійного мислення, професійної діяльності, професійної спеціалізації, професійного тайм-менеджменту, професійного новаторства, професійно-особистісних якостей, змінюючи при цьому вектор розвитку фахівця від оволодіння знаннями до осмисленого особистісного зростання у позиції активного суб’єкта професійної діяльності, в якій реалізуються його творчий потенціал та здібності.
