Popis: The article is devoted to a topical issue of the present days, namely, personality-oriented training in the system of professional art pedagogical education. Attention is focused on the innovation of this paradigm of training specialists, which lays the basic foundations of culture of an individual: moral, intellectual, aesthetic. Attention is paid to a number of ideas of teachers and psychologists of the past and present, which are aimed at humanization of the educational process (F.Diesterweg, J.Comenius, M.deMontaigne, J.Pestalozzi; R.Burns, J.Dewey, A.Maslow, C.Rogers; H.Vashchenko, B.Hrinchenko, M.Drahomanov, O.Dukhnovych, H.Skovoroda, V.Sukhomlynskiy, I.Bekh, S.Honcharenko, I.Ziaziun, V.Kremin, O.Savchenko, O.Komarovska, O.Oleksiuk, H.Padalka, O.Rostovsky, O.Rudnytska, N.Filipchuk, etc.). The basis of the personal approach is considered to be an educational environment with highly humane relations between the teacher and the student, ensuring a creative atmosphere in the process of mastering professional disciplines, acquiring competencies that encourage successful solution of pedagogical tasks and are strategic in nature: to identify the artistic abilities of students, the growth of their aesthetic position; to include the life experience of students in their relationships with the environment and in the process of perceiving works of art; to organize the educational process in the form of dialogic, discussion, asymmetric communication; to direct the educational process towards sensory and emotional perception of works of various types of art (music, fine arts, choreography, theater); to establish subject-subject relationship between participants of the educational process aimed at the free development of the student's personality; to ensure the evaluation of the effectiveness of their own professional work on the basis of self-knowledge, self-improvement, self-reflection, self-regulation, self-development, etc. To implement a personalized approach in the learning process, pedagogical tools are proposed, which include the relevant principles (cultural relevance, humanization, freedom of choice, democratization, integration, individualization, national orientation, etc.) and pedagogical conditions (presence of motivation to form professional competencies, the ability to be creative, awareness of the essence of the basic features of personality-oriented training, methodological equipment, etc.)
У статті розглянуто деякі аспекти особистісно орієнтованої парадигми навчання студентів та підготовки їх до практичної педагогічної діяльності в системі мистецької освіти, орієнтованої на примноження, передачу і розвиток гуманістичних цінностей. Зосереджено увагу на компетентнісному підході, набутті майбутніми фахівцями ряду здатностей, умінь і навичок у контексті гуманізації освітнього процесу, які мають стратегічний характер. Пропонуються принципи та педагогічні умови реалізації інноваційної системи підготовки фахівців.
