ПОНЯТТЯ 'ДЕПЕРСОНАЛІЗАЦІЯ' ЯК АКТУАЛЬНА ПРОБЛЕМА СУЧАСНОЇ ПСИХОЛОГІЇ

Popis: Introduction. Globalization and urbanization of societies are the results of interrelated action and interaction of systems such as man-to-man, man-to-society. Simultaneously occurring transformational processes take place under the influence of external and internal factors of various nature. The human factor in the above systems is, firstly, decisive as it affects the professional activity of experts, and secondly, it is insufficiently researched in all areas of shaping and developing the psychological structure of a personality, its deformation, its impact on the professional activity in particular and on social transformation processes in general. Above all, it concerns the concept of "depersonalization". Purpose. The purpose of the article is to highlight the views of domestic and foreign psychologists on the essence and content of the concept of "depersonalization". Methods: theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization of the data found in the psychological scientific literature on the research problem – in order to study the relevance of the researched issue, highlight the views that emerge in the research done by psychologists; systematic approach, expert opinion – to substantiate the depersonalization as a complex, multidimensional concept related to the psychological structure of a person, its stability, the influence of external and internal factors in terms of professional activity and society. Originality. For the first time, the relevance of the study of the issue of depersonalization is determined in the light of the globalization, urbanization transformation processes, professional activity of people which are the consequences of an interconnected action and interaction of such systems as man-to-man, man-to-society. Based on the systemic approach, the depersonalization is substantiated as a complex, multidimensional concept related to the psychological structure of a person, its stability, the influence of external and internal factors in the society which has considerable theoretical and practical significance. Conclusion. Depersonalization is a complex structured substance. It manifests itself through the individual characteristics of the personality, its stability, active self-organization and should be studied based on systems theory, general and applied psychology, neuropsychology, pedagogy, physiology, molecular biology, genetics, and quantum theory. Psychological components of the personality structure and its psychological stability, together with the external and internal influence of the environment, society, and professional activity, are decisive in the acquired state of depersonalization or its initial signs, namely: the disorder of the self-awareness of the personality, the loss of one's "I", the emergence of the effect of alienation from one's thoughts, feelings, and actions; a person's loss of contact with everyday life which leads to their perception thereof as a dream and to the impression that all their thoughts and actions are beyond their control. Varieties of depersonalization include burnout, urgent addiction, deformation of a person and its destruction. The main areas of further research on depersonalization are as follows: formation and development of stress resistance; self-development of personal willpower, leadership qualities, systematic and creative thinking; optimization of self-management.
У статті аналізуються погляди науковців-псхологів на сутність і зміст деперсоналізації та розгляд цього поняття на основі різних підходів і чинників. Визначається актуальність дослідження зазначеної проблеми в світлі світових глобалізаційних, урбанізаційних трансформаційних процесів, професійної діяльності людей, що є наслідками взаємопов’язаної дії та взаємодії таких систем: "людина-людина"; "людина-суспільство". Застосовується системний підхід для обґрунтування деперсоналізації як складного, багатовимірного поняття, пов’язаного з психологічною структурою людини, її стійкістю, впливом зовнішніх і внутрішніх чинників в умовах соціуму. Показується та обґрунтовується вплив деперсоналізації на професійну діяльність особистості.
