METHOD OF ANALYTICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA OF THE EXISTENCE OF GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS AT COMPUTER-AUTOMATED DESIGN OF INTERFERENCE FITS

Popis: In the offered scientific work, the method of assigning rational geometrical parameters (fitting working length and fitting diameter) of interference fits in smooth keyless and keyed cylindrical and conical compounds of general engineering and special purpose with various methods of fitting (thermal and mechanical) is considered.On the basis of numerical-analytical researches obtained as a result of the calculation and selection of interference fit during their computer-automated design, and the graph of the functional dependence of the fitting working length l of the compound as the argument of the fitting diameter d was built. The geometrical image of the resulting model is a quadrangle, in which the two sides are parallel to the coordinate axis 0l and perpendicular to the axis 0d, and the other two are curvilinear (arc-shaped). Inside the contours of the model, forming the area of existence of geometric parameters, there are the design rational solutions – a lot of points of intersection of the values of the fitting working length and the fitting diameter forinterference fits, among which the designer must select and assign one point.The mentioned the area of the flat model in the two-coordinate measurement system is mathematically described using the analytic apparatus of the theory of -functions.The results of numerical-analytical researches obtained by the authors of the computer program “Pressing boarding” confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method for interference fits when fitting the holes of the hubs (bandages) with the shafts of mechanical gears when transmitting the joint action of axial force and torque.
Пропонується метод призначення раціональних геометричних параметрів (посадкової робочої довжини і посадкового діаметра) у автоматизованому проектуванні посадок з натягом по гладкій поверхні. На основі чисельно-аналітичних досліджень з використанням авторської комп’ютерної програми здійснено аналітичний опис області існування цих значень, які представляють собою математичну модель у двовимірній системі координат.
