PECULIARITIES OF TRAINING OF TEACHERS OF ART SCIENCE IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF UKRAINE

Popis: The article comprehensively describes the theoretical and methodological principles of professional and pedagogical training of art teachers in higher education institutions. The directions of development of one of the important components of the educational system – higher pedagogical education and innovative changes caused by the deep crisis and gradual renewal of the educational formation are analyzed. Taking into account the new paradigm of education and modern methodological approaches, the theoretical principles of professional and pedagogical training of art teachers at different stages and levels of education are considered. In particular, the preconditions, conceptual bases and methodological levels of training of art history teachers are investigated. The main idea of the study is based on the position that during innovative changes in socio-economic, scientific, technical and cultural life, an art teacher should work as a whole, harmonious personality, able to navigate the artistic and creative aspects of human life and harmonize with the environment. Successful solution of this problem is possible in the case of purposeful implementation and development of innovative methods of training future teachers of art history; to ensure proper general scientific, social-humanitarian, general professional and profile (professionally-oriented) training of students in accordance with the standards of higher education, requirements of the pedagogical community, public expectations. There is a necessity for measures to update and increase the efficiency of the system of art teachers training; consideration of this problem taking into account the modern methodology of vocational education; development of the new method of training future art teachers and the use of the latest scientific and methodological support, which in structure, content, methods, technologies would meet the provisions of the Sectoral concept of continuing pedagogic education, current standards of higher education, approved educational programs, provided for the implementation of didactic principles, contributed to the modernization and optimization of the training of future teachers of art history.
У статті всебічно охарактеризовані теоретичні та методичні засади професійно-педагогічної підготовки вчителів мистецтвознавства у закладах вищої освіти. Проаналізовано напрями розвитку однієї з важливих складових освітньої системи – вищої педагогічної освіти та інноваційні зміни, викликані глибокою кризою і поступовим оновленням освітньої формації. З урахуванням нової парадигми освіти і сучасних методологічних підходів розглянуто теоретичні засади професійно-педагогічної підготовки вчителів мистецтвознавства на різних етапах і рівнях навчання. Зокрема, досліджено передумови, концептуальні засади і методологічні рівні підготовки вчителів мистецтвознавства.
