Actualmente asistimos al desarrollo de las Organizaciones Sin Ánimo de Lucro (ESAL) a las que se les ha confiado la tarea de satisfacer las muy diversas necesidades. Las ESAL reciben fondos para asegurarse de que se administren de manera adecuada. La transparencia de la información divulgada y los mecanismos de buen gobierno se han convertido en temas clave para poder rendir cuentas, tal y como señalamos anteriormente en nuestras revisiones sistemáticas de la literatura. Revelamos como son muy pocos los estudios que miden empíricamente el alcance de estos conceptos. Para solucionarlo, esta investigación valida empíricamente la ponderación de indicadores propuestos por la alianza entre la Plataforma de ONG de Acción Social y la Coordinadora de ONG para el Desarrollo (CONGDE) con las opiniones de expertos. Utilizamos el Best-Worst Method para asignar ponderaciones de manera óptima a situaciones de toma de decisiones con criterios múltiples. Nuestros resultados muestran diferencias interesantes en el nivel de importancia otorgado a los indicadores por la CONGDE y los expertos, sugiriendo la necesidad de una revisión de la importancia propuesta. We are currently witnessing the development of the nonprofit organizations (NPOs) that have been entrusted with meeting the very diverse needs. NPOs receive funds, in order to ensure they are managed appropriately. The transparency of the information disclosed and the good governance mechanisms have become key issues in order to be accountable as we previously stated in our systematic literature reviews. However, very few studies empirically measure the extent of this concepts in NPOs. To solve it, this research empirically validates the weighting of indicators proposed by the alliance between the Platform for Social Action NGO and the Spanish Coordinator for Development NGO (CONGDE) with the expert’s opinions. We use the Best-Worst Method to optimally assign weights to multi-criteria decision making situations. Our results show interesting differences in the level of importance given to the indicators by CONGDE and experts, suggesting the need for a revision of the importance proposed. Tesis Univ. Jaén.
