"The plan will set a structure for the suitable mutual learning environment to facilitate the challenging work of the implementing organizations to pursue the roadmap objectives. The objective of the plan is to facilitate the exchange of experiences and the co-creation of common solutions to similar problems, capitalising shared experiences and identifying a set of lessons learned.
