Popis:	Case report of a patient equipped with an osteo-odonto-keratoprosthesis in both eyes (left in 1968 and right in 1971). The left eye was recently enucleated because of unbearable pain, in an eye without light perception since 20 years. The histology shows an ancient retinal detachment and an eye completely filled with blood. Indications and complications of the technique are discussed.
