Popis:	Using clinical, morphological and electrophysiological methods, the authors studied the myalgic trigger zones of musculus gastrocnemius in 12 patients with lumbar osteochondrosis. The mechanisms of forming these zones are discussed with due regard for the contemporary notions on neurotrophy.
