Popis:	We report a case of a 15-year-old young man who was admitted for an acute hepatitis. Virological assessment showed both IgM anti-EBV and IgM anti-hepatitis A. IgG anti-EBNA and clinical history allowed to rule out the hypothesis of a recent EBV infection and confirmed the diagnosis of acute hepatitis A infection.
