| Popis: | A 57 year-old male patient with a very pigmented tumor of the margin of the upper lid and two months of evolution is presented. After its excision and histopathological study, the diagnose was nodular melanoma.We expose the treatment and clinical management of this unfrequent pathology. Different clinical features and other locations in the eyelid are discussed regarding the prognosis. |
