Popis:	Iatrogenic infections may result from diagnostic hysteroscopy in case of non autoclavable equipment (such as fibrohysteroscopes) and because of new infectious agents (such as HIV, hepatitis, ...). The equipment should be completely and thoroughly disinfected according to the manufacturer's instructions to prevent infectious complications.
