Popis:	Using older and new concepts on aetiology a new brace technique with thoracolumbar lordotic intervention in adolescent scoliotic and kyphotic deformities was created. The technique with symmetrical forces in the sagittal plane only on the thoracolumbar joint and its effect on the formative function of the extending muscles is explained.
